Ninety One Abbey Lane exist to create safe spaces for wounded souls to heal and grow while honoring the Christian Faith.

As someone who is passionate about spiritual, emotional, and physical wellness, I am thrilled to introduce you to a new holistic, restoring ministry for individuals, couples, and churches.

Alarming statistics reveal that over half of Christian Marriages are struggling or ending in divorce. Barna research says that 60% of pastors have or are currently struggling with pornography and another study claims 1/3 qualify for Narcissistic Personality Disorder which is not a personality type but a pathological diagnosis. If this is happening in leadership, what is happening in pews? Dr. Chuck DeGroat calls it an utter epidemic. The institution of marriage that God designed to emulate the sacrificial love of Jesus on the cross is now more associated with emotional and spiritual abuse and betrayal trauma even in the church, and many are suffering in silence believing they are honoring God by staying in harmful marriages, as I did. You can read my story here.

While more attention is being drawn to this issue, the price tags on many of the programs for recovery are out of reach for most people and the spiritual support is often limited or intermingled with new age or eastern religious practices. There is great need for affordable care for those in crisis that honors and integrates the Christian Faith.

We believe that everyone should have access to resources they need to heal and grow especially in times of loss, abuse, betrayal, and grief while honoring their faith. We know that what happens in your soul translates to your cells impacting mental, physical, and spiritual health and even your relationship with God. We also know a God of great love who offers shelter in times of trouble (Psalm 91) and promises beauty in place of ashes (Isaiah 61), and we seek to emulate the love of the Father to the many wounded needing us to demonstrate His love.

Here is good news! Ninety One Abbey Lane will offer online and in person coaching, counseling, groups, retreats, intensives and resources for :

  • Women coming out of emotionally destructive relationships.

  • Couples seeking restoration and realignment to biblical marriage.

  • Ministry leaders that desire to create church cultures that heal {See Lead Well}.

Our heart is to bring hope to these tragic statistics by helping Christians live, love, and lead WELL.

To assure integrity of our faith in our healing practices, we are excited to be launching Ta’avah a new Christ-centered trauma informed practice that combines movement, meditation, and spiritual formation. Our heart is to position believers to not only heal but also encounter the God of love as they practice Ta’avah.

Hope deferred makes a heart sick, but a longing (Ta’avah) fulfilled is a tree of life. Proverbs 13:12

Ninety One Abbey Lane is a 501(c)(3) ministry as of November 9, 2020.
